Our very own Carl Faust, Music Teacher at Fort Lee School 4, Fort Lee, NJ recently had an article published in the New Jersey Education Association Review about opera in the classroom.

I have known Mr. Carl Faust for many years as a teacher in the Fort Lee School District. He is an educated and talented leader, who has helped reach hundreds of elementary children through music. He challenges and motivates his students through music and opera, while linking it beautifully to other cross-content areas. He can magically transform an ordinary story or musical piece into a landscape of learning, acceptance, and promise. Bravo for Mr. Faust …for the adventures he continues to create and the love of music he transmits to his school, colleagues, and community.
